As a sales representative at Innovative Construction, you will play a vital role in our company's growth and success. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team, with a minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• At least three years of experience in the industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate sales leads and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the project management team to provide accurate and detailed quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring that their needs and specifications are met.
• Attend industry events and network with potential clients to promote our services and expand our client base.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes, as well as our company's offerings and services.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain communication with clients.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the construction industry, including different types of projects, materials, and regulations.
• Sales experience and knowledge of sales techniques, such as lead generation and closing sales.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads and opportunities.
